1. Executive Committee of the Community Justice Collaborating Council – Regular
Meeting – February 28, 2019 12:00 PM
Minutes from February 28, 2019 were accepted as presented.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. CJCC and Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant Budgets Review
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator reviewed the CJCC and Treatment Alternatives &
Diversion (TAD) budgets. All line items are within guidelines and the 1st quarter TAD
reimbursement request is due on April 12, 2019.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Treatment Court and Diversion Programs Support Specialist Position Update
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator, reported the Treatment Court and Diversion Program
Support position which is currently vacant is proving difficult to fill. It is a 22 hour a week
position funded by the TAD Grant and contracted through Lutheran Social Services of WI
and Upper MI (LSS). The current pay structure for this position is $16.50 per hour. We
had one interested candidate and she was not selected. District Attorney Michael
Nieskes states his Office just hired a part time Diversion Case Management Specialist and
he will reach out to her to see if she is interested in applying.

3. CJCC Subcommittees Updates
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator, gave an update on CJCC Subcommittees and progress
being made by each.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Agenda Items for CJCC Council Meeting - May 9, 2019
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator, states the only agenda item he has at this time is a
request from Bikers Against Child Abuse (B.A.C.A.) to address the CJCC. He has
responded to them and waiting to hear back as to their availability.
