ORDINANCE — SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST,
TOWN OF RICHMOND, 115 ACRES, FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT
TO R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT WITH A NONMETALLIC MINING OVERLAY
DISTRICT (NMO)
1 The County Board of Supervisors of the County of St. Croix does ordain as follows:

3 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development, for the County of St.
4 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following property:

6 The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE%4 of the NWI/4) of Section 21, Township 30
7 North, Range 18 West, Town of Richmond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin EXCEPT the North 244
8 feet of the West 435 feet thereof; AND EXCEPT Lots 2 and 3 of Certified Survey Map filed in
9 Vol. 13 of C.S.M., pg. 3579, as Doc. No. 594358;

13 The West 20 rods of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NWI/4 of the NE'/4) of Section
14 21, Township 30 North, Range 18 West, Town of Richmond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin;

27 forty and the point of beginning; thence continuing along said Quarter Section line N89°54'36"E
28 a distance of 1299.69 feet to the Northeast corner of said forty; thence along the East line of said
29 forty S00°28'51 "E a distance of 10.79 feet; thence N89°36'51 "W a distance of 1299.81 feet to the

From R-2 Residential Zoning District to R-1 Residential Zoning District with a Nonmetallic
Mining Overlay District (NMO).
The official zoning map of the Town of Richmond on file in the Community Development
Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Wis. Stat. § 59.14.
This ordinance shall not be codified.
