tsc¢�cs�rt ORDINANCE TO ADOPT ST. CROIX COUNTY
2025-2045 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT
1 The County Board of Supervisors of the County of St. Croix does ordain as follows:

3 WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors has appointed the Community
4 Development Department as the County Planning Agency, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute §
5 59.69(2); and

7 WHEREAS, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute §§ 59.69(2) and (3), St. Croix County is
8 authorized to prepare and adopt the comprehensive plan amendment as defined in Wisconsin
9 Statute § 66.1001(1)(a); and

11 WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Community Development Committee, by a majority
12 vote of the entire committee, recorded in its official minutes, recommends through a separate
13 resolution that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors adopt the St. Croix County 2025-2045
14 Comprehensive Plan amendment containing all the elements specified in Wisconsin Statute §
15 66.1001(2); and

17 WHEREAS, the Community Development Committee has held a public hearing on this
18 ordinance, in compliance with the requirements of Wisconsin Statute § 66.1001(4)(d).

20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the County Board of Supervisors of the
21 County of St. Croix that the St. Croix County 2025-2045 Comprehensive Plan amendment is
22 hereby adopted and enacted as attached hereto.

24 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County 2025-2045 Comprehensive
25 Plan amendment shall be published by the County Clerk, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 59.14, and will
26 become effective upon publication. This ordinance shall be not codified.
