Michael Nieskes, excused. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Executive Committee of the Community Justice Collaborating Council – Regular Meeting – June 28, 2018 12:00 PM Minutes from the June 28, 2018 meeting was accepted as presented. RESULT: ACCEPTED PUBLIC COMMENT BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Review CJCC and Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Budgets Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator reviewed the 2018 Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant & CJCC budgets. Both budgets are within approved guidelines. RESULT: DISCUSSED 2. Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Updates Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator discussed the current status of the Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant. He reported the TAD Grant for 2019 will be released by the WI Department of Justice (DOJ) in a week and due on October 8, 2018. Kimberly Kitzberger, Lisa Multhauf, Kevin Hamlin, and Mike O'Keefe will work collaboratively on the submission of the grant. RESULT: DISCUSSED 3. CJCC Subcommittee Updates Discussion was held on the current status of CJCC Subcommittees. This item will be placed on the upcoming CJCC strategic planning meeting for review and possible action. RESULT: DISCUSSED 4. Strategic Planning Session Review Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator, discussed the format for the upcoming strategic planning meeting on September 13, 2018. Possible recommendation to have the CJCC Executive Subcommittee be responsible for bylaw updates or revisions. RESULT: DISCUSSED 5. Agenda Items for CJCC Meeting on September 13, 2018 1.) Addition of Health & Human Services (HHS) Board member to the CJCC Council, 2.) Strategic planning session and subcommittee action, 3.) CJCC & TAD Budgets, 4.) Update on TAD Grant for 2019. RESULT: DISCUSSED REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE ADJOURN DATE OF NEXT MEETING The next CJCC Executive Subcommittee meeting is Thursday, October 25, 2018, 12:00 p.m., Government Center - Administration Conference room -1411.
