Edward F.Vlack, Mike O'Keefe and Karen Scobey. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Executive Committee of the Community Justice Collaborating Council – Regular Meeting – March 10, 2016 12:00 PM Minutes were accepted as presented. RESULT: NO ACTION PUBLIC COMMENT BUSINESS ITEMS 1. CJCC & Treatment Alternatives & Diversion Budgets Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator provided an upadate. Mike stated the first quarter TAD budget was just submitted and everything is right on schedule. RESULT: DISCUSSED 2. 2017 Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant Timelines Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator, provided an update. Mike stated there will be grant training held in Eau Claire, Appleton and Madison. Mike O'Keefe, Kim Kitzburger, Joann Sprain and Lisa Multhauf will be attending the Eau Claire training on May 3, 2016. Eric Johnson and Lisa Multhauf will be attending the training in Madison. The grant application will be released in mid May. RESULT: DISCUSSED 3. CJCC Subcommittees Updates Mike O'Keefe, provided and update and noted that subcommittees need to be added to the website prior to the subcommittee meetings being held. RESULT: DISCUSSED 4. CJCC Meeting Dates and Location Update Judge Lundell reported the current meeting space (Room D203) at the Government center is too small to accommodate the size of our group. Judge Lundell proposed the CJCC Executive and Council meeting dates be swapped with a possible start date in August 2016. Eric Johnson requested the May 12th meeting be moved to May 11th. There was no objection to moving the meeting. RESULT: DISCUSSED 5. CJCC Future Agenda Items for April 28, 2016 Meeting Proposed agenda items for the CJCC meeting on April 28, 2016: Workforce Resource, Subcommittee Reports, Meeting Room Update, Heroin and Prescription Forum Update - Patty S., St. Croix County Drug Court 10 Year Anniversary, CIT Crisis Intervention Team - Sheriff, State of WI Prescription Law Update - Sheriff, HHS Update - Fred Johnson, IT Bridge Presentation, TAD Grant. RESULT: DISCUSSED REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE ADJOURN Meeting adjourned by Judge Lundell at 12:32 p.m. DATE OF NEXT MEETING The next CJCC Executive Committee Meeting is Thursday, May 11, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. in room 1281-Government Center. The next CJCC Council meeting is Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. in room D203- Government Center.
