1. Executive Committee of the Community Justice Collaborating Council – Regular
Meeting – April 14, 2016 12:00 PM
Pat Thompson moved to approve minutes. Motion seconded by Roger Larson. Minutes
stand approved by Eric Johnson.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. CJCC & Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Budget Summary
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator, provided a summary for the March 2016 CJCC and
Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) 2017 Grant Application Update
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator, Lisa Multhauf, Diversion Coordinator, Kim
Kitzberger, Drug Court Coordinator, Joan Sprain, UW Extension, attended a one day
Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant training on May 3, 2016 in Eau Claire.
This training was sponsored by the WI Department of Justice and Mike stated the 2017
grant process will be a very competitive. The Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) will be
going under the TAD Grant umbrella in the future. The grant will be broken down into 3
categories: Planning, Implementation and Enhancement. There may be a request by the
TAD Committee to expand the use of the Correctional Offender Management Profiling
for Alternative Sanctions (COMPAS) Risk and Needs Assessment Tool under the 2017
TAD Grant Request.

2. Agenda Items for CJCC Meeting - May 26, 2016
Proposed agenda items for the May 26, 2016 CJCC Meeting; 1. A.L.I.C.E. (Alert,
Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) Training Presentation - mover to June CJCC
Meeting, SART (Sexual Assault Response Team), move to June CJCC Meeting, 2017
Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant Request, St. Croix County Drug Court
Presentation - 10 yr Anniversary.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Mike O'Keefe reported all subcommittees have been entered in IQM2. Mike also reported a
group from Madison will be here on May 24, 2016 to look at a potential domestic violence
compliance court.
