1. Executive Committee of the Community Justice Collaborating Council – Regular
Meeting – May 11, 2016 12:00 PM
The minutes from the May 11, 2016 CJCC Executive Committee Meeting was accepted
as presented.
RESULT: ACCEPTED
PUBLIC COMMENT
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. 2016 CJCC and Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant Budget
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator presented the April 2016 CJCC budget to date.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. 2017 Treatment Alternatives & Diversion Grant Application Update
The 2017 Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant request was discussed. The
TAD Grant was released on June 7, 2016 and is due July 19, 2016 by 11:59 p.m.. Lisa
Multhauf stated there is a funding cap on this grant application of $225,000.00 and
counties must prioritize their requests for programs. Discussion was held on who would
decide the prioritization of programs for the grant application. Judge Waterman agreed to
meet with Lisa Multhauf, Mike O'Keefe, and Kimberly Kitzberger to develop a plan for
this.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Agenda Items for CJCC Meeting - June 23, 2016
Agenda Items for the next CJCC meeting; Sexual Assault Response Team (SART)
presentation, 2017 TAD Application & prioritization update, Domestic Violence
subcommittee report, ADRC Dimentia presentation & A.L.I.C.E. (Alert, Lockdown,
Inform, Counter, and Evacuate) training are moved to the August 11, 2016 CJCC
meeting.
