1. Executive Committee of the Community Justice Collaborating Council – Regular
Meeting – August 25, 2016 12:00 PM
The minutes were accepted as presented.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. 2016 CJCC and Treatment Alternatives & Diversion Grant Budgets
The CJCC and Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Budgets are in line with
projections through August 2016.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. 2017 Treatment Alternatives & Diversion Grant Update
Mike O'Keefe reported that St. Croix County was awarded a Treatment Alternatives &
Diversion (TAD) grant in the amount of $146,500.00 for the fiscal year 2017. This grant
cycle will run from 2017-22 and we will have to reapply every year to show we are
making progress and meeting goals.

3. Agenda Items for CJCC Meeting - October 13, 2016
Agenda items for the October 13, 2013 CJCC Council Meeting Agenda:
1.)Subcommittee reports, 2.)Day Report Center Update,, 3.)Budget Update, 4.)Child
Support presentation, 5.)Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) 2017 Update.

REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Pat Thompson announced that he is recommending in his budget request to staff the Day Report
Center. Discussion was held on the policy for collecting UAs for bail/bonds at the Day Report
Center. This is in the hands of our Corporation Counsel to review policies.
