1. Executive Committee of the Community Justice Collaborating Council – Regular
Meeting – October 8, 2015 12:00 PM
Stand approved by Judge Lundell.

A. BUSINESS ITEMS
1. CJCC - Treatment Alternatives & Diversion Grant Budget
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator, discussed the budget for the CJCC and the Treatment
Alternatives & Diversion(TAD) Grant.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. 2016 TAD Grant Request
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator, states the TAD Grant request for 2016 has been
submitted to the State of WI - Department of Justice. Lisa Multhauf gave update for the
TAD Grant proposal and the Justice Assistance Grant.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. CJCC Sub Committee Review
Mike O'Keefe provides an update for the CJCC Subcommittee proposal and provides a
draft. Pat Thompson requests the CJCC Subcommittee draft be brought back to the CJCC
Council for review.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. CJCC Agenda Items for November 19, 2015 Meeting
Items for next CJCC Council Meeting:
1. Day Report Center
2. Subcommittee's draft proposal
3. 2017 TAD Budget request - Mike O'Keefe
4. 17 year-old juvenile system
5. Drug epidemic update - Kim Kitzberger

DATE OF NEXT MEETING
The date of the next CJCC Executive Committee meeting is Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 12:00
PM in Room D203 - Government Center. The date of the next CJCC Council Meeting is
Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 8:00 AM in Room D203 - Government Center. (This meeting
is moved up one week to accommodate the Thanksgiving Holiday) Per CJCC bylaws no
meetings are held in December 2015.
