APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. CJCC - Executive Committee - Regular Meeting - Oct 9, 2014 12:00 PM Minutes from October 9, 2014 were accepted as presented. RESULT: ACCEPTED PUBLIC COMMENT* BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Department of Justice Request for Funds- G-2 Form Discussed the WI Department of Justice G-2 Form (Treatment and Alternatives Grant- TAD) Reimbursement Form. The amount of reimbursement to St. Croix County for the 3rd Quarter of the TAD Grant is $25,819.66. RESULT: DISCUSSED 2. Treatment Alternatives & Diversion (TAD) Grant 2105 Lisa Multhauf, Diversion Program Coordinator, Amber Perry, Drug Court Coordinator, and Mike O'Keefe, Community Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC) Coordinator are working together on the submission of the 2015 Treatment & Alternatives Grant (TAD) request for St. Croix County to the WI Department of Justice. RESULT: DISCUSSED 3. CJCC Workgroups Update Discussed Community Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC) Workgroup assignments for Council Members. Also reviewed the current status of each workgroup. RESULT: DISCUSSED 4. Agenda Items for CJCC Meeting 12-11-14 Reviewed potential agenda items for the CJCC Council Meeting on 12-11-14. The financial report and workgroup update should be a standing agenda item at all future CJCC Executive and Council Meetings. Any further agenda items should be forwarded to Judge Lundell for review and approval at least one week prior to the meeting. RESULT: DISCUSSED ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE ADJOURN DATE OF NEXT MEETING The date of the next CJCC Executive Committee Meeting is January 8, 2015 at 12 PM. The date of the next CJCC Council Meeting is January 22, 2015 at 8:00 AM.
