EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Friday January 24, 2014 9:00 a.m.
Members Present: Daryl Standafer, Eric Lundell, Eric Johnson, and Patrick Thompson
Others Present: Tammy Funk
1. Call the meeting to order
Meeting called to order at 9:05am by Judge Lundell
2. The committee may convene into closed session pursuant to WIS. Stat 19.85 (1) ( c) to interview
candidates for the position of CJCC Coordinator/COMPAS Coordinator.
Motion by Thompson, 2nd by Johnson to convene into closed session at 9:06am. Roll call vote
3. Reconvene into open session.
Motion by Standafer, 2nd by Johnson to reconvene into open session at 3:09pm. Carried
unanimously.
4. Action, if any, related to closed session above.
Motion by Thomspon, 2nd by Johnson to authorize the Human Resources Director to conduct
background check on Travis Gaetz as the preferred candidate and report back to the committee as
soon as possible. Also, authorize the Human Resources Director to contact Mr. Gaetz to notify
him of such decision. Carried Unanimously.
5. Adjourn
Motion by Thompson, 2nd by Johnson to adjourn the meeting at 3:11pm. Carried unanimously
