APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Approval of 4-23-14 Minutes
Minutes from the April 23, 2014 meeting were accepted as presented.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Agenda Items for CJCC Council Meeting 8-28-14
Recommended Agenda items for the CJCC Full Council Meeting on August 28, 2014 -
1. Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) Presentation by Lisa Multhauf, Diversion
Coordinator & Amber Perry, Drug Court Coordinator.
2. Recommend making Mike O'Keefe the permanent CJCC Coordinator.
3. If Council agrees with recommendation to appoint Mike O'Keefe then forward to the
County Board for approval.
4. Proposed budget for CJCC & TAD Grant.
5. Community Service Program in St. Croix County.
6. Review sub-committee workgroups.
7. Review Expansion of CJCC Council members.
8. Juvenile Treatment Court & Prevention Presentation by Kim Kitzberger.
Eric Johnson discussed the MRT program and the science behind this type of treatment.
He is in full support of a program of this type for certain individuals. This type of
treatment is based upon evidence based principles (EBP).
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Expansion of CJCC Council Members
Steve T'Kach recommended someone from the medical community as a member of the
full CJCC Council. Others recommended for inclusion was the Medical Examiner and
someone from the faith based community.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Treatment & Diversion (TAD) 2nd Quarter Financial Report
Financial reports submitted to the Department of Justice-TAD Grant for reimbursement
to the County were reviewed. The full CJCC/TAD Budget will be submitted to the full
Council in 2 weeks.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. CJCC Budget 2015
Financial Reports were discussed and a proposed CJCC & Treatment, Diversion and
Alternatives (TAD) Grant budget was presented. Judge Lundell stated these should be
moved to the full CJCC Council for review and approval.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
