1. August 14, 2014 12:00 PM
Minutes of the August 14, 2014 CJCC Executive Meeting were accepted as presented.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Financial Reports
Mike O'Keefe gave an update on the Treatment Alternatives & Diversion Grant (TAD)
and the Community Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC) through August 2014.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. TAD Grant Update - timelines
Mike O'Keefe stated that the 2015 TAD Grant request will be due to the Wisconsin
Department of Justice in November 2014. Lisa Multhauf, Diversion Coordinator, Amber
Perry, Drug Court Coordinator, and Mike O'Keefe, Community Justice Collaborating
Council Coordinator are working collaboratively on this project.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Agenda Items for Full CJCC Council Meeting
Suggested agenda items were brought forward for the next full Community Justice
Collaborating Council -CJCC Meeting on October 23, 2014:
*Committee of the Whole Update on St. Croix County Budget
*Domestic Violence study update.
*Community Service update.
*Space for CJCC & Victim Witness update.
*Letter from Attorney John Kucinski reference the Government Center Front
Entrance Screening Proposal.
*Standing Sub-Committee Reports for CJCC
*Any other agenda items should be submitted to Judge Lundell for submission.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
1. Letter from John Kucinski, Assistant State Public Defender
Discussed the correspondence reference the proposal for the Front Entrance Screening at
the Government Center from John Kucinski, State Public Defender. This proposal is
being reviewed by a special committee for recommendations to the County Board.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
