COMMUNITY JUSTICE COLLABORATING COUNCIL
MINUTES FROM 10/18/13
The St. Croix County CJCC meeting was held on October 18, 2013 at 2:00 PM, in Admin Suite
Conference Room of the Government Center in Hudson.
Members Present: Judge Lundell, Pat Thompson, Daryl Standafer & Jessica Zupfer
Members Absent: Rick Johnson
Others Present: None
1. Meeting called to order
2. Attendance taken
a. Discussion of citizen memberships
b. Will bring issue to full council asking members to reach out to the community to
find more interest than the 5 who submitted.
c. Not a big enough pool to request from - agreed
3. Goal to have members selected by 1-1-14
4. Discussion of TAD Grant
5. Add to agenda recommendation of Rick Johnson as Vice Chair
6. Discussion of security committee and its option to fit under CJCC
7. Thompson requested Jessica Zupferto be at ground rules/mission revision meeting
10/22/13 at 4PM
8. Discussion of NIC EBDM Summit and team from St. Croix to attend. Will bring flyer to
full council meeting and distribute. Thompson stated Jessica Zupfer should attend.
9. Discussion of North Hudson grant request
10. Next meeting date and time:
January 23, 2014 (8– 9:30 am) – Full Council
February 27, 2014 (8-9:30 am) – Executive Committee
