APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Bylaws Subcommittee of the Community Justice Collaborating Council Regular
Meeting February 3, 2017 12:00 PM
There was a motion to approve minutes from February 3, 2017 by Patrick Thompson,
second by Roger Larson. Motion carried unanimously.
RESULT: APPROVED \[UNANIMOUS\]

PUBLIC COMMENT
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Review Proposed Changes to CJCC Bylaws
Discussion was held on potential changes/updates to the current CJCC bylaws. Judge
Needham recommends adding a 5th at large member to the CJCC Executive
Subcommittee which should be elected by the CJCC Council for a term of 2 years,
subject to another 2 year term upon appointment. This member must be a voting member
of the CJCC Council. All other recommended language changes to the bylaws should be
forwarded to the CJCC Council for review and approval at the next meeting.
