Collaborating Council Regular Meeting December 16, 2020 11:30 AM
Minutes of December 16, 2020 was accepted as presented.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Introduction of New Subcommittee Member - Lieutenant Charles Coleman
Lieutenant Charles Coleman introduced himself to the group. Lt. Coleman is taking the
place of Jason Sykora on the Subcommittee and will be a voting member.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Lethality Assessment Program (LAP) 2020 Review
Haley Konsela attempted to give an update on the 2020 Lethality Assessment Program
statistics but due to technical difficulties in allowing screen sharing she was unable to
complete the update. Ms. Konsela will present this information at the next meeting on
February 17, 2021.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Restorative Services Presentation
Jake Otis and Bridget Warren gave brief updates on current programming available at
the Restorative Services Center in River Falls, WI.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Review of DV/Family Issues Subcommittee's Progress - Hon. Edward F. Vlack
Tim Heckmann, Ryan Shervey, and Haley Konsela gave an update on progress being
made in developing a new resource guide for domestic violence related issues.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
