Minutes of January 13, 2021 are accepted as presented.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Lethality Assessment Program (LAP) 2020 Review
Haley Konsela, Legal Services Coordinator, Turningpoint, gave a presentation on the
Lethality Assessment Program statistics for 2020. Discussion was held.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. St. Croix County DV Related Arrest Statistics - 2020
Lieutenant Charles Coleman, St. Croix County Sheriff's Department gave a summary of
domestic related arrests in our County for 2020. Discussion was held.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Review St. Croix County's Workplan for DV/Family Issues
Discussion was held on the work plan for St. Croix County and progress being made by
the workgroup comprised of Haley Konsela, Ryan Shervey and Tim Heckmann.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. St. Croix Valley Restorative Services Presentation
Bridget Warren, Interim Executive Director, Restorative Services, gave a presentation on
available programming for people affected by domestic violence related situations.
Discussion was held about costs and availability.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
