1. Domestic Violence & Family Issues Subcommittee of the Community Justice
Collaborating Council Regular Meeting June 20, 2018 11:30 AM
A motion was made by Mark Lemke, Second by Kate Avoles, to approve the minutes of
June 20, 2018. The vote carried unanimously.
RESULT: ACCEPTED
PUBLIC COMMENT
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Reveiw Subcommittee Workplans
Discussion was held on subcommittee work plans that were previously distributed by
Judge Vlack.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Domestic Violence Compliance Court Implementation Timeline
Discussion was held on potential timeline for starting a DV Compliance Court. Judge
Vlack will update the Subcommittee when he can work out the court logistics.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Community Treatment Options Update
Discussion was held available on available treatment options within the County to
include assessments. Discussion was also held on funding for Turningpoint.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
