1. Domestic Violence & Family Issues Subcommittee of the Community Justice
Collaborating Council Regular Meeting July 19, 2017 12:00 PM
Minutes of July 19, 2017 was accepted as presented.

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Needs Assessment Update
Discussion was held on the current Needs Assessment developed by the Center for Court
Innovation and WI Courts. Judge Vlack gave an update on the data portion and when we
can expect this information to be incorporated into the Needs Assessment.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Proposed Strategic Planning Meeting Dates
Discussion was held on dates for the strategic planning session. Judge Vlack will refer
this to Mike O'Keefe to coordinate a date, time, and location. Judge Vlack indicated he
would like this meeting to be held off site if possible.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Review Subcommittee Workplan
Discussion was held on the proposed subcommittee workplan. We should have a more
comprehensive plan after our strategic planning meeting.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
