1. Domestic Violence & Family Issues Subcommittee of the Community Justice
Collaborating Council Regular Meeting August 16, 2017 12:00 PM

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Domestic Violence Needs Assessment Data Update
Judge Vlack gave a brief update on the data portion of the Domestic Violence Needs
Assessment.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Domestic Violence/Family Issues Strategic Plan for St. Croix County
Eric Biltonen, UW Extension Office, conducted a strategic planning session with
subcommittee members to develop goals and action plans. Three separate groups met to
identify key issues related to Domestic Violence issues within the community justice
system. The subcommittee members reconvened into a plenary session to discuss the
next steps in developing goals and action plans. Mr. Biltonen stated he will summarize
the issues identified today and forward a workplan for review.
