ST. CROIX COUNTY BOARD OF CANVASSERS
FEBRURY 27, 2023 AT 10:00 A.M.
CANVASS OF FEBRUARY 21, 2023, SPRING PRIMARY ELECTION
Board of Canvass called to order at 10:00 a.m. Present: Jill Berke, representing the Democratic Party, Hugh
Gwin, representing the Republican Party, Christine Hines, County Clerk, Amy Hanson, Deputy County Clerk
and Jessica Lehman, Deputy County Clerk. Others Present: No others present
County Clerk Hines notes that there is one office to certify- Justice of the Supreme Court. There were three
school board primaries- Hudson School Board, Amery School Board and Menomonie School Board. There
were two primaries for Village President – Roberts and Somerset. There were no registered write in
candidates. There were 40 reporting units. There was one provisional vote, which was not cured by the
deadline of Friday, February 24 at 4:00 pm. There were 100 Election Day Registrations. We printed 640
additional ballots on election day.
The minutes from the November 15, 2022, meeting were accepted.
