MINUTES
PLANNING, ZONING AND PARKS COMMITTEE
St. Croix County Government Center, Hudson, WI
January 18, 2002
PRESENT: Supervisors Ron Raymond, Buck Malick, Gerald Larson, Art Jensen and Linda
Luckey. Staff present at times, Chuck Whiting and Debra Kathan.
Chair Raymond called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Motion by Jensen, second by Luckey to
adopt the agenda, carried.
Minutes/Meeting Dates
No minutes were approved. The next meeting is January 22.
Goals for 2002
The Committee's top goals are supporting Town planning, opening Homestead Park and
implementing contract assistance for septic permit reviews.
Personnel performance evaluations
Motion by Malick, second by Luckey to go into closed session per W.S. 19.85(1)(c) for personnel
reviews, carried unanimously.
The Committee went to the truck stop for lunch 1:35 -2:30.
Motion by Malick, second by Jensen to reopen the session, carried unanimously.
