St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
January 15, 2002
St. Croix County Government Center, Hudson, Wisconsin
Committee members present: Supervisors Ronald Raymond, Gerald Larson and
C. W. "Buck" Malick. Staff: Steven Fisher, and Debra Zimmermann. Excused: Linda Luckey
and Art Jensen.
Chair Raymond called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. Motion by Malick, second by Larson to
adopt the agenda.
The committee reviewed the findings and conditions of the Schettle rezoning that was previously
approved by the committee, contingent upon this review. Motion by Malick, second by Larson
to adopt the drafted language as the ordinance amendment and forward to County Board for
approval. Carried.
Raymond will present this ordinance to the County Board later today.
Motion by Malick, second by Larson to adjourn at 8:40 a.m.
