1. Budget update : Bill
2. Work Plan update: Paula
3. Brochure: How many should we order?
4. What new places can we have Child Abuse Prevention displays? Follow up from panel members.
5. BACA update: Will they have a booth at the county fair?
6. Child Abuse prevention month displays. Can Sue order supplies?
7. New CPS positions request: Update from Ben
8. Social worker to come present on cases quarterly. Could someone come to our March meeting? Bill or
Ben to set up.

Proposed closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1) (f) to consider and discuss the medical, social, and
personal history of an abused and/or neglected minor child.
Case review.
Reconvene into open session Panel may take action under discussion on in closed session and/or report action
taken today in closed session, if any.
ADJOURN THE MEETING
A quorum of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors (County Board) may be present at this
meeting. Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for the purpose of
obtaining information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County Board meetings.
