BUSINESS ITEMS
1. New Members :Introductions
2. Approval of the By-laws
3. Interim State CRP Coordinator is Emily Erickson. No state coordinator calls until Jan. 2019
4. Case Review draft: Phoenix
5. Lead: Phoenix to begin Jan. 2019.
6. Input from CPS social workers for meeting date, time and place to make it easier for them to attend.
7. Work Plan for 2019 is;
a. Recruitment of new members
b. Facebook Page Promotion and information.
c. Invite New State Coordinator to meeting once hired.
d. Case Review updates by CPS social workers provided quarterly.
REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENGA ITEMS:
ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE: Panel members
DATE OF NEXT MEETING: Jan. 15th No meeting in December
Proposed closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1) (f) to consider and discuss the medical, social, and
personal history of an abused and/or neglected minor child.
Case review.
Reconvene into open session Panel may take action under discussion on in closed session and/or report action
taken today in closed session, if any.
ADJOURN THE MEETING
A quorum of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors (County Board) may be present at this
meeting. Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for the purpose of
obtaining information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County Board meetings.
