CROIX COUNTY SERVICES CENTER – ROOM #172 1752 DORSET LANE, NEW RICHMOND, WI CALL TO ORDER: By Chair Gohr at 9:07 AM. ROLL CALL: Aaron Long, Teri Bollinger, Krysta Hasbrook, Julie Johnson, Toni Chambers, Adam Delikowski, DJ Weber, Jody Gohr, Carrie Doehrmann, Exscused: Kathy Wochomurka, Kathy Huston, Dawn Campbell, Deena Black, ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Motion to approve as written, Long, 2nd Johnson, approved. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Motion to approve the minutes as amended, by Johnson, 2nd by Doehrmann. Minutes approved as amended. DATE OF NEXT MEETING: August 25th, 2017 9 to 10:30 AM Room 172 OLD AND NEW BUSINESS: 1. CCS Enrollment Data: Doehrmann reported 63 active CCS recipients. 18 adults 45 youth. 2. Review of any new member referrals to the Coordination Committee: DJ Thies- Weber introduced herself. She is a provider and is interested in learning more about CCS. She is a non-voting member of the committee. 3. Updates from Work Groups – Quality Improvement: Adam reported there are two work groups. One group is working on service recipient personal surveys and the other group is working on provider surveys. These are supplemental to the required surveys. A draft of the personal survey was passed around. The work group is checking to see if they can be administered at the same time as the ROSI and MISSHUP. Review of the draft provider survey. Much discussion around question 6 regarding reimbursement. Is this meant for individual providers or agency? Purpose or context of the financial question. Feedback from discussion will be taken back to QI workgroup. 4. Updates from CCS Fiscal Staff: Doehrmann reported rate of new contracts has slowed. She continues to work with new providers on the process for submitting documentation. Strenke reported she is working on cost reconciliation. 5. Discussion of Aurora IPS numbers: IPS stands for Individualized Placement Services. Bollinger handed out program statistic information. This is an evidence based program with 6 primary principles. State comes out annually and reviews the fidelity of the program. Some of the principles include: Integrated into the county, anybody can work if they want to, zero exclusion. Some of the services provided through IPS are interviewing, skill building, investigating job requirements, person centered, assisting with review of benefit information and how employment will affect their benefits, accessing DVR benefits. Additional discussion about how to ensure service facilitators are aware of services available from vendors. Review of the statistical information. The report shows which counties Aurora is currently working with, the number of participants broken down by program, new admits, who is working, job starts, successful completion and unsuccessful closures. 6. CCS picnic work group: Gohr reported Eau Claire will be having a CCS picnic. Gohr is willing to help plan. Picnic will be for all service recipients and their families. Gohr will check on prices for using shelters at some of the local parks. Delikowski will check with Eau Claire on funding their picnic. ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE 1. Registration for this is open and closes August 18th. 2. August 23rd training in Chippewa Falls, Youth Mental Health First Aid. Phone number to register is 715-717-1600 3. Improving supports for WI Youth and Young Adults, sponsored by DHS and UW Whitewater. UW Whitewater September 5th and 6th 4. Children Come First Conference. November 13th and 14th. Glacier Canyon.
