Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Coordination Committee
FRIDAY, AUGUST 25

CALL TO ORDER: By Chair Gohr at 9:10 AM
ROLL CALL: Julie Johnson, Jody Gohr, Fay Strenke, Aaron Long, Julie Johnson, Adam
Delikowski, Terri Bollinger
Excused: Kathy Wochomurka, Toni Chambers, Deena Black, Dawn Campbell, Kathy
Huston, Carrie Doehrmann, Lisa Thibodeau,
ADOPTION OF AGENDA: Motion by Long, 2nd by Johnson, JK, to approve the agenda as
written. Motion approved.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Motion to approve minutes as
written by Strenke, 2nd by Long. Minutes are approved.
DATE OF NEXT MEETING: September 22, 2017 9-10:30 AM
OLD AND NEW BUSINESS:
1. CCS Enrollment Data: Strenke reported there are 64 services recipients, 18 adults
and 46 children.
2. Review of any new member referrals to the Coordination Committee: Vallard Logan
is passionate about joining the group to help it grow and develop. He was unable to
attend this meeting, but will hopefully be able to join our September meeting.
3. Updates from Work Groups – Quality Improvement: next meeting is 9/21 at 11 AM.
Provider work group will meet beforehand at 10 AM. Delikowski reported on changes
made to the provider survey. This has now been approved. This will be administered
by Survey Monkey this year. Updates were provided on combining our current CCS
checklist with the State provided tool to have a tool to use for chart audits. This is
being worked on by Delikowski. Discussion on the work being done to develop a
Regional Coordination Committee.
4. Updates from CCS Fiscal Staff: We are working with Eau Claire to merge our rate
setting tools to stream line the rate setting process for mutual providers.
5. CCS picnic work group: Gohr has done some research regarding parks. Additional
discussion around the picnic and who should attend and when we should have it.
Recommendation from those present to table this for more planning.

2. State CCS Fall Conference 9/20/17 Glacier Canyon Lodge Conference Center
(Wilderness Resort) Lake Delton. Joint meeting with Coor. Service Team Initiatives.
Registration for this closes August 18th.
3. Improving supports for WI Youth and Young Adults, sponsored by DHS and UW
Whitewater. UW Whitewater September 5th and 6th
4. Human and Humble, an evening with Amy Grant. September 14th at 7PM State
Theater Eau Claire
