CROIX COUNTY SERVICES CENTER ROOM #172 1752 DORSET LANE, NEW RICHMOND, WI CALL TO ORDER by Chair Gohr at 9:03 AM ROLL CALL Jody Gohr, Terri Bollinger, Kathy Wochomurka, Julie Johnson, Toni Chambers, Adam Delikowski, Dawn Campbell, Vallard Logan, Deena Black, Aaron Long, Julie K Johnson APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Long, second by Johnson, Minutes are approved PUBLIC COMMENT: none BUSINESS ITEMS 1. CCS Enrollment Data: 80 recipients. 56 youth, 24 adults. 2. Review of any new member referrals to the Coordination Committee: none 3. Review of CCS Plan Document and CCS Policies and Procedures: Updates have been made to the procedure document to make grammar changes and bring it up to date with how things are currently being done. Changes were made to some of the narrative sections of the policies. Committee agreed they would like to see the changes that require approval. The plan document in its entirety will be emailed to the committee and will also be published on the share point portal for their review. nd Motion by Wochomurka 2 by Long to approve changes made to the plan document. 4. Update regarding possible expansion of Shared Services Model: Updates regarding request from another county to join the current St. Croix/Eau Claire shared services model. 5. Development of training guidelines for Coordination Committee Members with lived experience: Discussion on what should be the minimum trainings that committee members attend. Create draft guidelines on how much training and reimbursement of costs associated with attending trainings. Wochomurka, Logan, Gohr, and Strenke will work on this for next meeting. 6. Updates from Work Groups Quality Improvement: Discussion on survey process data collection and who best to do the surveys. High level discussion on determining what project QI committee will work on this year. The state will provide an analysis of the data that was submitted to them. Group wants to focus on how to increase the return rate. 2017 only had 26% response rate. Consideration by committee to embed the survey process within the recovery team meeting process to determine how the service recipients would like to do the survey. Discussed importance of communicating to service recipients on a day to day basis why the survey data is important and how it will be used to improve the program. 7. Review of CCS Provider Networking meetings: The first meeting was held in December. There were 13 to 14 providers who participated. Staff got some good feedback. Provider meetings will be held quarterly. One provider will be highlighted at each meeting, county staff will be available to meet with providers, and there will be st free time for providers to network. Next meeting is February 1 from 9 to 11. 8. Committee Member recruitment: Strenke brought up need for committee members by Wednesday morning preceding a County Board meeting. 3/16/2018 3:29 PM with lived experience at the Behavioral Health staff meeting. Asked themto watch for referrals and let us know of anyone who may be interested. 9. Updates from CCS Fiscal Staff. Reported on new contracts that has been completed. Discussed the recertification process. We expect our surveyor to be on site sometime in March. We continue to work with providers on missing required documentation. 10. CCS picnic planning. Was not discussed. REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. How are we using peer specialists in the St. Croix County CCS program, Brainstorming ideas for recruitment ho has final say on who is on team.
