CROIX COUNTY SERVICES CENTER ROOM #172 1752 DORSET LANE, NEW RICHMOND, WI CALL TO ORDER Meeting called to order at 9:04 AM by Vice Chair Johnson. ROLL CALL Carrie Doehrmann, Amber Thompson, Toni Chambers, Vallard Logan, Julie Johnson, Kathy Wochomurka, Adam Delikowski, Dawn Campbell, Kathy Huston, Terri Bollinger nd APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Wochomurka 2 by Logan, to approve the minutes as written. Motion approved. PUBLIC COMMENT Health and Human services director Fred Johnson reported on the CCS annual survey. We received a two year certification and many positive comments. BUSINESS ITEMS 1. CCS Enrollment Data: Doehrmann reported we have 79 active recipients. 56 youth and 23 adults. We have hired an adult service facilitator and one youth service facilitator. We have hired a new service director. Paul Wick has been acting as the nd interim and will start full time as of April 2. We will need to replace his current nd position of mental health professional and plan to hire a 2 to keep up with the growth of the program. 2. Review of any new member referrals to the Coordination Committee: 3. Update regarding expansion of Shared Services Model: Approval was given for Barron County to join our CCS shared services model. Barron will need to achieve their own individual certification. Joint paperwork is in the process of being updated. The additional of another county will not change the operation of our CCS program. We are in the process of identifying what the shared services will be between the three counties. 4. Updates from Work Groups Quality Improvement: Will be meeting in April. One of the primary objectives is increasing survey response to the ROSI and MHSIP. 5. Committee Member recruitment: Discussion on reaching out to the schools. Huston will reach out to the Healthier together group to see if anyone be interested. Law enforcement was another group that was identified to reach out to. 6. Updates from CCS Fiscal Staff: Amber Thompson is our new ½ time CCS fiscal staff. She at the beginning of March. Doehrmann identified the new contracts we have in place and several that we are working on. 2017 billing has been completed we will be starting the reconciliation in May. 7. Discussion on use of peer specialists with St. Croix County CCS: Peer specialists are hired by contracted providers and then provide services to members through them. Discussion on what is the need for peer specialists and what is the availability. Will look at high lighting the peer specialist role at an upcoming provider network meeting. 8. CCS Team development process: Clarification regarding the need for orientation for new committee members to get a better understanding of what their role is on being on the committee. Providing some basic CCS information. Identified the need to have documentation available for new by Wednesday morning preceding a County Board meeting. 7/17/2018 1:11 PM members and available as we are recruiting new members. Huston, Wochomurka, Johnson and Logan will work on development of new committee member process. 9. CCS picnic planning. Will continue to discuss each month REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. Mini presentation on overview of referral and intake process for CCS service recipients and what to expect. ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE The CCS Spring 2018 Statewide Meeting is April 4, 2018, at the Glacier Canyon Conference Center in the Wisconsin Dells. The theme is "The Future is NOW." County and tribal CCS staff as well as CCS participants, providers, and family members are encouraged to attend. Preregistration is required. Register by March 19, 2018. Registrations will not be accepted after this date.
