BUSINESS ITEMS
1. CCS Enrollment Data: Doehrmann reported 102 current CCS recipients, 74 youth 28
adults. Discussion regarding CCS services most utilized. Discussion of utilizing CCS
.
2. Review of any new member referrals to the Coordination Committee: None
3. Goal and/or focus suggestions for Committee Member Recruitment: Tabled until next
meeting
4. Update regarding expansion of Shared Services Model: Delikowski reported Barron
st
submitted plan by August 31. Barron waiting to hear back from state. Update to Region
was submitted to Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS).
5. Updates from Work Group
focus is on recruitment and getting people to stay on the committee. Also focusing on
administration of surveys, current year process going well.
6. Updates from CCS Fiscal Staff: Doehrmann reported that with the assistance of
Delikowski, fiscal from the three counties (St Croix, Eau Claire, And Barron) are working
to improve the Rate Setting Tool. Tool to be finalized and available to utilize soon.
Strenke reported Fiscal Quality Assurance (QA) progress note review in now underway
and recommendations have been sent back to providers.
