COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY SERVICES (CCS) COORDINATION COMMITTEE

PUBLIC COMMENT
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. CCS Enrollment Data: 120 total current recipients, 86 youth, 34 Adults
2. Review of any new member referrals to the Coordination Committee: None
3. Goal and/or focus suggestions for Committee Member Recruitment: Long put a call into
WITC, Gohr has a reach out. Discuss status of finalization of brochure to hand out, post
in public. Discussed another resource pamphlet that could be developed to be
informational to include i.e. service details, participation in Coordination Committee,
how to get involved.

4. Provider Fair: Date and Location is scheduled. It will be at WITC on April 24. Time is
blocked from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Task now to determine targeted parties and details of
preparing for the Provider Fair. Gohr and Long are interested to be a part of the planning
committee. Campbell will reach out to the provider networking group to inform them of
the Provider Fair and for potential interested Providers to being part of the planning
committee. Discussed notifications of the Provider Fair to be mailed to Law enforcement,
Priest, Hospitals, Schools, and other community providers, etc.
5. Update regarding expansion of Shared Services Model: As of 1/1/2019 Barron is part of
the Shared Model with Eau Claire and St Croix County. Barron, Eau Claire and St Croix
County continue to work together as a region. Each countyisworking to update plans to
include all three county. Revision will be brought back to Coordinating Committee to be
approved.
6. Updates from Work Groups Quality Improvement: Workgroup working on action plans
for this next year. Two current action items: 1) Recruitment and retention 2) Work to
improve survey process.
7. Updates from CCS Fiscal Staff: Working through the 2019 contracting process with CCS
Contract Providers. Shared that the following new Providers have come on board for the
2019 year: Lutheran Social Services, Mane Gate Coaching, Heartfelt Therapy, LLC, and
Restorative Services. CCS Co-Administrators continue to work with potential new
Providers.
REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENGA ITEMS: Provider Fair, Pamphlet/Brochure update, How to
measure CCS success, Review of By Laws/Quorum/Rules Regulations

Office Hours for St. Croix County Buildings is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM effective 1/1/2019
CCS Statewide meeting, April 16, 2019 at Glacier Canyon-Wisconsin Dells
