CCS Enrollment Data: 124 total current recipients, 90 Youth, 34 Adults 2. Review of any new member referrals to the Coordination Committee: Erik Olson from Aurora Services attended meeting and shared he will be attending future meetings as well. Welcome Erik. 3. CCS Pamphlet/Brochure update: Brochure brought up for the group to view and suggest possible edits/changes. Suggestion made on front of brochure to remove verbiage of verbiage such as, al Health and Substance use in recovery and wwhat the program is about. Also st suggested to remove picture on the 1 page, bottom left to create space for notes. Another suggestion was to decrease the size of the font for the hours listed on page 1. Huston will work with St Croix County staff person regarding the suggested changes to be made to the brochure. Brochure will also need to be branded to follow St Croix County policy. The Coordination Committee had decided that once brochure is completed Doehrmann will send out the brochure electronically to the Coordination Committee tovote for approval. This will be done to keep the process moving as upcoming events could utilized the finalized Brochure. thnd 4. Provider Fair: April 24 at WITC. Planning meeting will be held today, February 22 at 10:30am. Meeting task will be to identify pieces needed for the Provider Fair to occur. 5. How to measure CCS success: Wick brought forward the response from a previous pokes to the wheel to be utilized measure success. uggests the need to narrow spokes to find specific areas to focus on to know what to measure on. Refer to ROSI and MHSIP for ideas was suggested. Also suggested was Avatar possibilities for reporting, potential future reports. Discussed review of internal tool CANS if this tool could be utilized for CCS, or to utilize the Recovery, 15 question tool. Need to keep in mind the person centered focus of the Program. Also keep in mind to measure progress along with gaps to be considered. 6. Update regarding expansion of Shared Services Model: Officially 3 County model-BESt CCS (Barron, Eau-Claire, St. Croix Counties). This agenda item can be removed from future agendas. 7. Review CCS plan updates New Regional Model for Committee approval: Delikowski shared that he has updated the plan to include the 3 counties, BESt CCS, into the verbiage of the plan. He will continue to work to update and move forward for approval. 8. Updates from Work Groups Quality Improvement: Group did not meet in February. rd Group meets every other month. Will meet Thursday, March, 3 at 11:00am. Location of meeting will be the Dunn County Human Service building. Delikowski and Wick shared that Future CCS Training offered by the BESt CCS counties are being discussed for scheduling. This to include new upcoming trainings to be offered as the program is growing. Details shared as to some thoughts of meetings they hope to schedule and timeframes they are looking to schedule these meetings. More to come. 9. Updates from CCS Fiscal Staff: Wrap up of the 2018 billing going well. 2019 Contracts are now in place. Moving forward with 2019 fiscal duties. REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENGA ITEMS: Provider Fair follow-up, Brochure follow-up. Also meeting, Review of By Laws/Quorum/Rules Regulations.
