CALL TO ORDER: at 9:05 by Chair Julie K Johnson

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: motioned to approve by Black, 2 by Gohr. February minutes approved.

PUBLIC COMMENT None
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. CCS Enrollment Data: 127 total recipients, 95 youth, 32 adult
2.Review of any new member referrals to the Coordination Committee: none today, new
referrals will attend in the next couple of months.
3.CCS Pamphlet/Brochure update: Huston shared 3 options of updated brochure. Committee

voted on brochure. Option 3 received most votes. Motion to approve option 3 by Strenke, 2
by Wick. Motion approved. Suggestion was also made to use bright folder-(yellow) for
informational CCS folders that are handed out. County staff will take into consideration the
change of color of these folders.
4.Provider Fair: Doors are open to the public from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, set up at 3:00pm. Flyers
and post cards have been created to be distributed. A room will be set up to show a

month: Suggestions of Mental Health 1 aid program-8 hour training, Safe Zone Training-
WITC 2-6 hour training, preventative trainings, people with lived experience speak, Question,
Persuade, and Refer (QPR) training, panel discussions.
6.Updates from Work Groups Quality Improvement:Recommendation made to include
informational handouts regarding surveys and Committee membership within the
informational CCS folders handed out. Quality Improvement Committee brought forward a
recommendation for when to administer the CCS annual surveys. Committee suggests
providing the surveys at . Long

7. Updates from CCS Fiscal Staff: No updates at this time.
8. Review of By Laws/Quorum/Rules Regulations: Handouts provided to the committee to
review. No action at this time.
REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENGA ITEMS: Review suggestions for September trainings in conjunction
with Suicide Awareness, Review and adoption of By/Laws/Quorum/Rules Regulations, identifying
current workgroups and members.
