Johnson ROLL CALL Amber Thompson, Paul Wick, Kathy Wochamurka, Diane Crist, Liz Pizzi, Vallard Logan, Aaron Long, Julie K. Johnson, Deena Black, Carrie Doehrmann, Julie Johnson, Jody Gohr, Adam Delikowski nd APPROVAL OF MINUTES motion to approve by Wochamurka, 2 by Long. April minutes approved 1. 04/26/2019 meeting PUBLIC COMMENT None BUSINESS ITEMS 1. CCS Enrollment Data: 127 total recipients, 98 Youth, 29 Adults 2. Review of any new member referrals to the Coordination Committee: None at this time 3.Review and adoption of By Laws/Quorum/Rules Regulations: Voted on verbiage edits of by-laws presented to the committee. Edits to include addition of section D (Workgroups) under th Article II. Also edit to include Barron County under Article V, section A, 4 bullet point. Motion nd by Pizzi, 2 by Wochamurka to approve edits to the by-laws. Motion approved. Approved By Laws document printed and signed by Chair, Julie K. Johnson, on this date. 4.Identify current workgroups and members: Determined that we do not have any current active workgroups. Discussed developing a standing workgroup for marketing, event planning and recruiting. Also suggested to set up a workgroup of determining how to measure CCS success. Discussed workgroup sign-up sheets. Doehrmann will create and bring sign-up sheets to next meeting. Suggestion made, once workgroups are developed, for the groups to create a description of the workgroup to help better understand the workgroup and their purpose. 5.CCS informational folder update:Shared with committee that additional folder colors, like neon colors, were explored and details shared with the CCS Administrative team. Administrative team decided the folders will remain the original suggested color of yellow at this time due to additional costs learned that would be involved with the need to customize neon color folders. 6. Review prior topics suggested and decide training to be provided in September: Delikowski shared Barron training they are planning to provide in September. Topics are healthy relationships, cyber bulling, on-line safety, and suicide awareness prevention. Training suggestions were discussed regarding topics and length of training to provide in St. Croix County. Growing up Transgender training was suggested in which Wick shared what that training would possibly look like. Committee discussed and agreed this would be a good training to provide. Cyber bulling to also be considered along with people with lived experience to speak. Consider breakout sessions as a possibility for these trainings. Wick and Delikowski will gather further details on suggested trainings and share with the committee at the next meeting. 7. Discuss idea of an exit survey for the committee: Delikowski shared the survey developed for the QI sub-committee as a tool to evaluate meeting progress or concerns. Discussed utilizing this survey for the coordination committee to measure the coordination success. Committee agreed this to be a good tool to utilize and will complete after future meetings. No requirements determined on required frequency for members to complete. Suggestion made to complete at least quarterly. Surveys will be available at each meeting for members to choose to complete. 8.Discuss where the CCS program is at and if there are any concerns: Music brought up as an area to explore to be part of the CCS program. Wick shared that St Croix County is exploring this service. Committee discussed the CCS program in general and the need to add an agenda item to the next meeting to discuss CCS hierarchy to help bring back the technical pieces of the CCS program for the committee members to understand the CCS program again as a whole. 9.Updates from Sub Groups Quality Improvement (QI): Two items QI currently working on are recruitment/retention and Surveys. Delikowski shared the QI group is working to make the surveys a rolling process where the surveys are shared with the recipients at their six month review, then annually after that. Also shared was a request that was made to the QI group to create a letter to be included within the informational folder handed out to recipients. Purpose of the letter is to introduce recipients to the ROSI and MHSIP surveys. QI developed the letter and shared with the Committee on this date. Black motioned to approve the letter developed, nd Wick 2. Motion approved to include this letter in the informational folder given to the recipients. REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENGA ITEMS: Workgroup sign-up, CCS hierarchy ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE th The 30 Annual Children Come First Conference, November 11 & 12, 2019 at Glacier Canyon Lodge-Wisconsin Dells. th Hearing Voices Film and discussion, June 10, 2019 at Menomonie Public Library, contact info@milkweedalliance.org for more information. th Hearing Voices Awareness Training, June 11 at the Dunn County Community Services Building- lower level, contact info@milkweedalliance.org for more information. th CCS Provider Networking meeting, June 26, from 9:00-10:30am at the St Croix County Services Center Room 172 th CCS Portal Training, June 26, from 10:30 to 11:30am at the St Croix County Services Center Room 172 Certified Peer Specialist Training to be held in Menomonie in August, two week training. (Items may be taken in different order) A quorum of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors (County Board) may be present at this meeting. Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for the purpose of obtaining information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County Board meetings.
