CALL TO ORDER: at 9:03 am by Vice Chair Black
ROLL CALL: Amber Thompson, Fay Strenke, Deena Black, Julie Johnson, Diane Crist, Heidi Roettger,
Aaron Long, Carrie Doehrmann

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motioned by Crist, 2 by Long to approve the minutes from the July 26,
2019 meeting. Motion approved.
PUBLIC COMMENT none
BUSINESS ITEMS
1.CCS Enrollment Data: 129 recipients, 97 youth, 35 adults. There has been several admissions
to the program, there has just been a number a discharges as well keeping the enrollment
numbers about the same as reported at the last Coordination Committee meeting.
2.Review of any new member referrals to the Coordination Committee: Heidi Roettger from
Milkweed, person with lived experience, attended the meeting for the first time and offered to
be part of the committee. Vice Chair, Deena Black, acknowledged and appointed Heidi as a
committee member. Gohr shared new members may attend the meeting in October.
3.Updates from Sub-Committee Quality Improvement: No updates at this time, there was
not a meeting since the last Coordination Committee Meeting. Next meeting will be in
September.
4.Workgroup sign up and breakout sessions: Sign-up sheets were presented to members and
non-members to sign up for workgroups they are interested in. (Quality Assurance St. Croix
County CCS-Workgroup, Marketing & Event planning-Workgroup, Recruiting Workgroup). Due
to low attendance at the meeting secretary-Doehrmann will reach out with an email to the
Coordination Committee members and non-members for interested parties to sign up for
workgroups.
