COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY SERVICES (CCS) COORDINATION COMMITTEE

CALL TO ORDER: by Vice Chair Deena Black 9:42 AM
ROLL CALL: Paul Wick, Becky Kerr, Carol Peterson, Heidi Roettger, Julie Johnson, Aaron Long,

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion to approve June minutes by Pizzi, 2 by Wick
PUBLIC COMMENT - None
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Review of any new member referrals to the Coordination Committee: Angela Scott and
Melissa Holden introduced to the Coordination Committee. At this time Angela and
Melissa will join the CCS Coordination Committee as Participants.
2. CCS Enrollment Data: 134 Individuals enrolled, 109 youth and 25 Adults
3. Update on recent CCS certification review: Kerr shared that certification went well and St
Croix County received a 2-year Certification. Received compliments on how St Croix
County does their treatment plans. Was reminded of problem areas to be included on
plan and proper notation if not currently being address and why. Encouraged to develop
a Recipient Satisfaction Survey.
4. CCS program updates: (hiring of supervisors, other changes) Kerr shared the hiring of
Angela Scott and Melissa Holden as CCS Supervisors with their start date of Monday,

August 24. Kerr also shared that one Service Facilitator has left St Croix County and a
few more staff have shifted positions within the county creating a total of four Service
Facilitator position vacancies. Three of the positions have been filled upon receiving
acceptance. Working to fill the fourth position.
5. Consideration of updates from Sub-Committee Quality Improvement: Wick updated
that there has not be a meeting of this Sub-Committee since the last Coordination
Committee meeting. Topic still being addressed is ways to use current processes to
measure success of the CCS program.
6. Review of Workgroups and members: Committee members and participants encourage to
review workgroups and reach out to Secretary-Fay if they would like to make any change
to be added to or removed from any of the Workgroups.
7. Consideration and discussion of updates from Marketing & Event planning Workgroup:
No update have not meet since the last Coordination Committee meeting.
8. Consideration and discussion of updates from Recruiting Workgroup: No update.

9. Update from Training Committee on Ethics and Boundary Training: Wick shared that the
Training Committee is reviewing how trainings can be provided. Possible development of
a 201 CCS training that would include training on Ethics and Boundary. Service
Facilitators have also identified interest in Personality Disorder training. Training
Committee looking into how to provide training on this topic as well.
