Mike VanKeuren, is the owner of the property and lives at 472 200 St., Baldwin, Wisconsin. He is speaking on behalf of himself and his wife. They plan to sell the remaining 31.9 acres. A survey on the property has been completed. Fisher went over the staff report, planning report and the GIS map. The request is consistent with the county plan, and the 3.5 acres cannot be further subdivided, as the minimum lot size in Rush River is 2- acres. Fisher stated that the Town of Rush River has recommended approval of the request and has considered State Stat. 91.77 in making their recommendation.
