AGENDA:Motion:A motion was introduced byOwensseconded byHansenand unanimouslyadopted that today’sagenda be adopted and approved with the addition of appointing a new committee member, Dawn Johnson (parent, WI Family Ties Parent Peer Specialist). MINUTES:Motion:A motion was introduced byJones,seconded byOwens,and unanimouslyadopted. OLD AND NEW BUSINESS: 1.Overview of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) and Coordinated Service Teams (CST) similarities and differences Campbell shared a document, The Comparison of CSTand CCS and reviewed the template outlining the differences between the programs. 2.St. Croix County Program Updates related to Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) and Coordinated Family Services (CFS) There are currently sevenyouthenrolled in the CFSprogram.There are sixty childrencurrently enrolled inthe CCS program. As of right now, the monthlycensus of children served by the Long Term Children’s Waiver program is 125-130. Campbell shared some changes at DHHS and some additional staff positions that were approved for Children Services due to consistent growth and demand for services as well as the surge of out of home placements within Child Protective Services due to the increased substance use in the area. 3.Updateon Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) and Coordinated Family Services (CFS) interface and dual enrollment In the past, the state has recommended duallyenrollingyouth receiving services in Comprehensive CommunityServices (CCS) and Coordinated FamilyServices. Campbellshared that St. Croix Countyhas made the decision to move forward with duallyenrolling youth. Campbell sharedthe benefits to dually enrolling. The twelve Youth Community Support Services staff will receive ongoingmentoringand training to develop their coordination and facilitation skills for the teaming component. The teams will be delivered using the CFS model and philosophies. 4.Overview/Reportfrom Individual Work Groups Campbell shared the QualityAssurance committee are re-examiningthe type of information gathered for the satisfaction survey while looking at the other surveys distributed to families. CommunityOutreach:As previouslyshared, the CFS tri-panel poster boards and banners were used at school conferences at 4 differentschool districts as well as a career fair. Grand Resource work group members were not able to meet in March but Campbell shared thatthere have been donations obtained and shared with youth enrolled in CFS and CCS. 5.Appointment of new Committee Member Dawn Johnson was appointed as a new committee member by committee chair, Hernandez. 6.Individual work group break outs and work Announcements: 2 POSSIBLE AGENDA ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING: Overview of Comprehensive CommunityServices (CCS) servicearrayand framework MotionA motion was introduced byJohnson-Freer, and seconded byJohnson, and unanimouslyadoptedthat the meeting is adjourned.
