AGENDA:Motion:A motion was introduced byChambersseconded byScofieldand
unanimouslyadopted that today’sagenda be adopted and approved.
MINUTES:Motion:A motion was introduced byScofield,seconded byBrenizer,and
unanimouslyadopted.
OLD AND NEW BUSINESS:
1.St. Croix County Program Updates related to Comprehensive Community
Services (CCS) and Coordinated Family Services (CFS)
Campbell sharedtwodocuments, Children’s System of Care: Guiding Document,
and Wisconsin System of Care Action Plan Overview,which provides an outline of
Wisconsin’s vision to infuse the CFS framework when working with children
enrolled in the CCS program. Campbell shared that St. Croix Countyis dually
enrolling youth into the programs.
Campbell shared that she recentlyattended the statewide joint CCS and CST
meeting and updates that were obtained.
2.EnrollmentStatus Report
Campbell shared the most recent Enrollment Status Report. The report now
includes the additional youth currently receiving services through Comprehensive
CommunityServices (CCS) that are now dually enrolled in CST as of the first of
the year. Total enrollment is 77.A copyof the enrollment report will be
distributed with the minutes.
3.Overview of CCS Service Array and Providers
Campbell shared two documents, CCS Psychosocial Rehabilitation(PSR)Service
Arrayand CCS Provider List that have contracts with St. Croix County.
Campbell shared which services St. Croix Countyarecurrently utilizing and
outlined specific details while discussingservice codes. Campbell also shared
how CCS service facilitators are assessing and appointing services.
4.Coordinated Services Team (CST) Site Visit
Campbell shared that Joanette Robinson will be conducting the three year site

visit on Friday, October 26from 1-4pm which will be held at the New
Richmond Service Center in room 172.Campbellextended an invitation toall
CFS committee members.
5.Overview/Report from Individual Sub Committees
Campbell advised workgroups toreview and modifytheir current work plans for
this coming yearif necessary.
