ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 315(93) RELATING TO EMERGENCY
MANAGEMENT

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, on March 16, 1993, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors (County Board)
enacted Ordinance No. 315(93) - Emergency Government Program Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 315(93) established an organizational structure for St. Croix County
to deal with emergencies resulting from man-made and natural disasters; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 315(93) is outdated and is out of compliance with the current
requirements of Wisconsin law (Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 323 - Emergency Management); and
WHEREAS, it is not necessary for the County Board to enact an ordinance to establish an
emergency management organizational structure; and
WHEREAS, on the date this ordinance was considered, the County Board adopted Resolution
No. `7 Lc~ C-~G l t) -Resolution Adopting the St. Croix County Emergency Operations Plan and
Emergency Management Program - to replace Ordinance No. 315(93).
THEREFORE, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows:
Ordinance No. 315(93) - Emergency Government Program Ordinance - is hereby repealed.
