Call to Order
Chairman Malick called the meeting to order.
Roll Call

Approval of Minutes
1. Minutes of Previous Meeting - October 24, 2024
Minutes were accepted as presented.
Public Hearings
1. Public Hearing for Field in the Town of Somerset regarding the request for a Conditional Use Permit for a
contractor storage yard in an R-2 Residential zoning district, pursuant to Section 15.330 of the St. Croix County
Zoning Ordinance.
Hearing opened at 10:04 AM. Hearing closed at 10:55 AM.
2. Public Hearing for Porter/P&K Lawn Care in the Town of Hammond regarding the request for a Conditional Use
Permit for a contractor storage yard in an R-2 Residential zoning district, pursuant to Section 15.330 of the St.
Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
Hearing opened at 10:56 AM. hearing closed at 11:46 AM.
Business
1. Consideration of a request by William Dean Field / Dean's Concrete Pumping in the Town of Somerset for a
conditional use permit for a contractor storage yard in an R-2 Residential zoning district, pursuant to Section
15.330 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
Motion: Motion to Approve the Coniditional Use Permit for Field in the Town of Somerset as Amended.
Result: Passed

Ayes: C.W. Buck Malick, Joe Miller, David Peterson
Nays: None
Abstain: Greg Tellijohn
Notes: Supervisor Tellijohn arrived part way through this agenda item.
2. Consideration of a request by Wyatt Porter/P&K Lawn Care in the Town of Hammond for a conditional use permit
for a contractor storage yard in an R-2 Residential zoning district, pursuant to Section 15.330 of the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance.
Motion: Motion to Approve the Conditional Use Permit for Porter in the Town of Hammond as
amended
Result: Passed
