APPROVAL OF MINUTES August 19, 2019 Minutes were accepted.

1. Determine appraised value of tax-deed property assessed less than $50,000

Lot: Vacant strip of land
Current Costs: $243.66
Assessed Value: $200.00
Appraised Value: $300.00
Hellmer Town of Glenwood 016-1005-60-100
Lot: Vacant strip of land
Current Costs: $252.66
Assessed Value: $100.00
Appraised Value: $300.00
Home, Inc. Town of Star Prairie 038-1070-80-110
Lot: Vacant Land verify this is a public road
Current Costs: $652.03
Assessed Value: $4,500.00
Appraised Value: $1,000
Campbell will work with the Community Development Department to confirm legal description
and if the road is public or private. Discussion regarding offering parcel to the Town of Star
Prairie, subject to Administration Committee approval.
Motion to approve appraised values by Cox/Anderson. Passed.
