BUSINESS ITEMS 1. Determine appraised value of tax-deed property assessed less than $50,000 Brueggeman Village of Somerset Lot: Outlot (small) Current Costs: $105.76 Assessed Value: $200 Appraised Value: $200 Germain, Edward and Ann Town of Star Prairie Lot: Road Current Costs: $2,177.45 Assessed Value: $5,600.00 Appraised Value: $2,200 Campbell will contact the Town of Star Prairie clerk to see if town is maintaining the road and if the town wants the property which would be subject to Administration Committee approval. Halle Builders Village of Hammond Lot: West 10 feet of Lot 8 Current Costs: $132.10 Assessed Value: $100 Appraised Value: $150 A quorum of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors (County Board) may be present at this meeting. Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for the purpose of obtaining information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County Board Meetings. If so, transfer is subject to Administration Committee approval. G. Robert Walsh Estate City of New Richmond Lot: Alley Current Costs: $1,007.00 Assessed Value: $5,100 Appraised Value: $1,100 Per the records provided by Rachel Trudell, First Deputy Register of Deeds and Corporation South of Outlot 92 (memo attached). Campbell will prepare a quit claim deed to the current owners of the South half of Outlot 92 and 16 feet immediately to the south of Outlot 92 and then put up for sale all the rest of the property.
