BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Determine appraised value of tax-deed property assessed less than $50,000
Bieneman Farm LLC, City of Hudson 3.5 acre outlot current costs approximately $1,700
assessed value is $5,800 Appraised value set at $2,000. Per Cox, sales to municipalities are
exempt from notice, bidding and appraisal.
Carmichael Development Group, City of Hudson located between Walmart and Home Depot
3.3 acre parcel current costs are $3,500 - assessed value is $14,000 Appraised set at $3,500.
Evergreen Valley, LLC, City of New Richmond 3.8 acre outlot; current costs approximately
$14,400 assessed value $13,200 appraised value set at $14,400
Everth, Harry and Tonna, Town of Star Prairie - .3 acre parcel current approximate costs $883
appraised value $1,000. Property is located near Apple River Park. Campbell will notify
Community Development Department. Sell if CDD does not want it.
Frazier, Donald, Town of St. Joseph (Houlton) lot with garage (house burned) .08 acres current
approximate costs $2,916 - lot assessed at $6,600, building assessed at $11,000 - Anderson stated
lot is not buildable - appraised value set at $6,000 Neighbor and Town of St. Joseph interested
in parcel.
French Homes, Town of Hammond .22 acres approximate costs $160 - assessed at $300
appraised value set at $300.
Gobernatz, Aric and Felicia, Town of Richmond 2.27 acres per Anderson surrendered in
bankruptcy and property was not part of the bankruptcy approximate costs $5,800 assessed
value $24,000, neighboring lot assessed at $24,900 delinquent since 2010 appraised value set
at $20,000.
Maple, Mark and Melissa, Village of Hammond vacant lot (2 parcels) approximate total costs
$20,400 assessed value $32,300 zoned commercial appraised value set at DNR map of sites
lookup owed small $15,600 large - $4,800 other larger assessed at $30,000; small is
$2,300; zoned commercial - $20,000 subject to inspection
Miller, Sam, Town of Hudson small outlot (.07 acres) approximate costs $500 - assessed value
$1,100 value to neighboring lot appraised value set at $500. Campbell will send letter to
property owners when notice is published.
Nelson, Gary, Village of Hammond (house on corner lot) approximate costs $14,700
assessed value on the house - $46,000 with land total assessed value is $63,000. Campbell will
order appraisal.
PC Collova Builders, Village of Somerset vacant lot .29 acres approximate costs $4,800
assessed at $21,000 zoned residential lots across street valued at $20,000 Ed Sampier owns
the auto repair place appraised value set at $15,000.
Quinn Holdings, Village of Somerset, vacant lot 1.02 acres zoned commercial approximate
costs $27,200 assessed value $44,000 appraised value set at $40,000
Siedschlag, Brian, Town of Cady approximately 3 acres with house and shed approximate
costs $15,000 assessed value at $89,000 and land $21,900 Campbell will order an appraisal.
Thompson, Mabel, Town of Springfield (road) approximate costs $232 - assessed value $1,300
appraised value set at $1,000. Campbell will contact town officials to confirm usage as a road
and if town is interested in acquiring.

Motion by Cox, 2 by Anderson to approve values as stated. Carried unanimously.
