BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Determine appraised value of tax-deed property assessed less than $50,000
Star Prairie Tool, Village of Star Prairie building is in poor condition
Lot size: 0.263 acres
Current costs: $15,000 estimated
Assessed value: $46,800
Appraisal set: $15,000
Zahnow Property Village of Somerset
Lot size: Road 0.840 acres
Current costs: $8,000
Assessed value: $28,500
Appraisal set: recommendation is to quit claim property to the village of Somerset
Brueggeman Village of Somerset get more information for next meeting on adjoining
property owners. Tax deed was filed in 2002.
Motion by Cox/Anderson to approved values and actions as stated. Carried unanimously.
