Regular Meeting April 10, 2018 11:00 AM
Minutes of April 10, 2018 were accepted as presented.

PUBLIC COMMENT
John Kucinski, Public Defender, gave comments on the rates paid to attorneys to provide
representation for defendants.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Day Report Center Update
A monthly report for the Day Report Center was presented to the Subcommittee.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Crime Data Analyst Report
Kevin Hamlin, Crime Data Analyst (CDA) gave an update on current projects assigned to
him.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Impaired Driver Assessment (IDA) Update
Mike O'Keefe, CJCC Coordinator discussed the implementation of the Impaired Driver's
Assessment (IDA) which is a narrow band assessment tool for OWI defendants.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
4. Treatment Court - OWI Track Update
Discussion was held on the proposed implementation of an OWI track within the current
Treatment Court structure.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
