This was the first meeting so no minutes were available.
PUBLIC COMMENT
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Scope and Purpose of Subcommittee
The Hon. Eric J. Lundell discussed the need to overhaul our system with respect to how
OWI cases are handled. Further discussion was held on treatment and transportation
issues for these individuals. Judge Lundell would like to make this a focus point for our
subcommittee and for future meetings we should encourage attendance from our local
State legislators.

2. Review of Subcommittee Membership
This Subcommittee currently has seven voting members and should remain that way.

3. COMPAS - Impaired Driving Assessment Screening
No action was taken on this agenda item and will be moved to a future meeting.

4. Sheriff's Office Data Analyst Position Update
The Crime Data Analyst Position will be posted for applicants very soon and the County
anticipates filling this position in the next two months.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
5. Subcommittee Meeting Schedule
This Subcommittee will meet on the second Tuesday of every month at least through the
first half of 2018. This will give the group time to work on strategic initiatives and make
recommendations to the CJCC Council.
