Minutes were accepted as presented.

PUBLIC COMMENT
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Evidence Based Decision Making (EBDM) Subcommittee Mission Statement
Discussed the evidence based implementation science model and specific steps. This is
the process of implementing evidence-based programs and practices. Implementation is
not the validation of evidence-based programs. Kimberly Kitzberger stated that we
struggle with our system when trying to extract meaningful data.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. St. Croix County Systems Map
Discussion was held on the current St. Croix County Systems map and possible changes
or additions. Mark Lemke recommended changes to the current map, specifically with the
unified caseplan. Julie Krings suggested that we keep our systems map static so we don't
have to continuously update it. Mark Lemke will ask for a copy of Eau Claire's systems
map and Susan Capparelli will send us the map from Pierce County. Included in our
systems map we should have a decision point where we reevaluate risk.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
3. Subcommittee Membership & Next Steps
Discussion was held on the next steps. One area of focus should be on the current
systems map and implementation of evidence based principles. The current map should
be sent to Mark Lemke and Liesl Neslon for review.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
