ST. C ROOj LINTY ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 29 NORTH, RANGE 15
WEST, TOWN OF SPRINGFIELD, 7.85 ACRES,
FROM R-1 DISTRICT TO C-3 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
1 The County Board of Supervisors of the County of St. Croix does hereby ordain as follows:

3 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development, for the County of St.
4 Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following described property:

6 Part of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 34, Township 29 North, Range
7 15 West, Town of Springfield, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; more particularly described as
8 follows:

10 LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 29
11 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST, TOWN OF SPRINGFIELD, ST. CROIX COUNTY, BEING A PART OF
12 LOT 2, V. 25, P. 5873 AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

27 Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.

29 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in Wis. Stat. § 59.14.
30 This ordinance shall not be codified.
