ST. C R0INK CQ'.UNTY ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1 - CITATIONS AND
/�V�5CC�1tsl�t GENERAL PROVISIONS - OF THE ST. CROIX COUNTY CODE OF
ORDINANCES
1 The County Board of Supervisors of the County of St. Croix does ordain as follows:
3 WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors enacted Chapter 1 - Citation
4 Ordinance No. 236(89) in October, 1989; and
6 WHEREAS, Chapter 1 was repealed and recreated to reflect statute and ordinance
7 updates by Ordinance 839(2016) in January, 2016; and
8
9 WHEREAS, Chapter 1 is in need of another update as the St. Croix County Code of
10 Ordinances has changed, due to new chapters being approved and old chapters being repealed.

12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of
13 Supervisors that the attached amended Chapter 1— Citations and General Provisions is hereby
14 adopted.

16 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does
17 ordain as follows:

19 Chapter 1— Citations and General Provision — of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances is
20 hereby amended.

22 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the amended Chapter 1— Citations and General
23 Provisions — of the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances shall be published by the County Clerk,
24 pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 59.14, and will become effective upon publication. This ordinance shall
25 be codified.
